Credit crunch, the cereal?

Apparently they are going to start producing a cereal called Credit Crunch, heck if it means I’ll be saving money on food I might just purchase it. I’ve noticed the price of Bran Flakes creeping up! I even noticed that Surf went from £1.89 to £1.99 in the shop on the high street. When I was in Asda last week, the yellow one was £1.50 I picked that up straight away, despite it not being my usual scent. But as long as my clothes are clean, that’s all that matters.
Anywho, I digress, the credit crunch is biting me hard. No longer am I up for a rave, if it isn’t popping I am not there and if it’s more than a tenner forget it. That right there is petrol/oyster/food/clothes money. Raving is not the one anymore, even a free rave just puts me off. That’s because I have found the perfect rave, ‘My house’. It’s a new one- with free entry, free food and drink and air con is not an issue.

So with recent financial times I am contemplating getting an upgrade on my car next month. But after reading this: http://www.onlyfinance.com/Car-Insurance-News/12754468-Credit-crunch-attacks-car-sales.aspx
I am thinking it isn’t worth it, I have an oyster card and a car that works so why bother?

Then I had the thought that what with car insurance prices going up, is it worth it? I am paying about £55 and compared to the £91 when I first started driving, this is good. But what about getting an 09 plate will it cost more yada yada yada.

But back to my original point, the credit crunch. I would just like to say no matter what the current financial state of the economy is you will never catch me slipping. Some people are walking the streets and slacking on vital things like ermmm deodorant. Never that.

The credit crunch may be biting hard but my tip? Never slack!
